Cancellations & Refunds

Arista operates by appointment, with each engagement prepared personally and in advance. The following policy exists to ensure clarity and fairness while protecting the quality of service we provide.

Cancellations

Standard Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund, as the engagement is considered reserved and prepared.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations or failure to appear at the agreed time and location are treated as no-shows.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
Where sufficient notice is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.
Rescheduling requests made close to the engagement time may be treated as cancellations.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Any third-party charges already incurred on behalf of the client may be deducted where applicable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that unforeseen situations may arise.

In exceptional cases, cancellations may be reviewed at our discretion, taking into account the nature of the request, preparation already undertaken, and timing of the cancellation. Any such consideration remains discretionary.

Engagement-Based Nature of Service

Arista pricing is engagement-based, not distance-based.

Once an engagement is confirmed, the vehicle, chauffeur, and service window are reserved exclusively for that booking. This policy reflects the personalised and non-fleet nature of the service.
