Cancellations
Standard Cancellations
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours, as the engagement is reserved and prepared.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations on the day of service or failure to appear are treated as no-shows. No-shows receive no refund.
Changes & Rescheduling
Changes and rescheduling are subject to availability. Reasonable accommodation is offered with sufficient notice. Last-minute rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations.
Refunds
Processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The timeline varies by payment provider or bank. Third-party charges already incurred may be deducted.
Exceptional Circumstances
Exceptional circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the company's discretion. Consideration is given to the nature of the request, preparation undertaken, and the timing of cancellation.
Service Model
Pricing is engagement-based, not distance-based. Confirmed bookings reserve the vehicle, chauffeur, and time window exclusively.
