Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: December 15, 2025

1. Nature of Service

Arista provides chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles on a pre-booked basis only. Self-drive rentals are not offered. Services are private, non-transferable, and availability-dependent.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings require phone, email, or representative confirmation. Confirmation is finalized only after advance payment or written approval. Vehicle allocation is based on availability; specific models are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

Rates communicated at booking apply only to agreed itineraries and durations. Pricing covers chauffeur services and standard fuel. Toll charges, parking, airport fees, interstate taxes, permits, or special requests are additional unless specified. Extra kilometers and waiting time incur additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

Advance payment confirms bookings. Full payment is due before journey start unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be non-refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are fully chargeable. Rescheduling depends on availability and may involve revised pricing. Arista reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, force majeure, safety concerns). In such cases, a suitable alternative or refund will be offered at Arista’s discretion.

6. Chauffeur & Conduct

Chauffeurs are trained professionals deserving respect. Any form of abuse, unsafe behaviour, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of service without refund. Chauffeurs may refuse service if safety, legality, or dignity is compromised.

7. Use of Vehicle

Strictly prohibited: smoking, vaping, tobacco use, alcohol consumption (unless permitted in writing), illegal substances, hazardous materials, and exceeding seating capacity. Any damage, excessive soiling, or loss caused by the customer will be charged at actual cost, including downtime if applicable.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Arista is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control. Journey timings are estimates, not guarantees.

9. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Luggage capacity is vehicle-type dependent. Arista is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Recovered items are returned on a best-effort basis.

10. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance per Indian motor vehicle laws. Arista’s liability, if any, is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Photography & Branding

Vehicles, chauffeurs, and service elements are proprietary to Arista. Unauthorised commercial photography or brand misuse is not permitted without written consent.

12. Privacy

Customer information remains confidential for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes only. Data is not sold or misused.

13. Governing Law

Terms are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction limited to Bangalore, Karnataka.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Arista reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone without explanation if it believes the booking or conduct compromises safety, legality, or brand standards.

15. Billing Entity

Note that the registered company that operates Arista brand is ‘The Elara Way’. And you can expect to see ‘The Elara Way’ in your payments and/or billing information.

16. Amendments

Arista may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will apply to all bookings.
