Arista Luxury Car Terms & Conditions

​By confirming a booking with Arista Luxury Car (“Arista”, “we”, “our”), the client (“you”, “customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Service

  • Arista provides chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles on a pre-booked basis only.

  • We do not offer self-drive rentals.

  • All services are private, non-transferable, and subject to availability.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or authorised Arista representatives.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment or written confirmation from Arista.

  • Vehicle allocation is based on availability; specific models are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Pricing is communicated at the time of booking and is valid only for the agreed itinerary and duration.

  • Rates include chauffeur services and standard fuel usage.

  • Toll charges, parking, airport fees, interstate taxes, permits, or special requests are additional unless specified.

  • Extra kilometers and waiting time beyond the agreed schedule will attract extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • An advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All prices are in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be non-refundable.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are fully chargeable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve revised pricing.

  • Arista reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, force major, safety concerns). In such cases, a suitable alternative or refund will be offered at Arista’s discretion.

6. Chauffeur & Conduct

  • Arista chauffeurs are trained professionals and must be treated with respect at all times.

  • Any form of abuse, unsafe behaviour, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

  • Chauffeurs are authorised to refuse service if safety, legality, or dignity is compromised.

7. Use of Vehicle

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco inside the vehicle

  • Consumption of alcohol, unless explicitly permitted in writing

  • Carrying illegal substances or hazardous materials

  • Overloading the vehicle beyond its seating capacity

Any damage, excessive soiling, or loss caused by the customer will be charged at actual cost, including downtime if applicable.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Arista is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control.
 
​Journey timings are estimates and not guaranteed.

9. Luggage & Personal Belongings

  • Luggage capacity is limited to the vehicle type booked.

  • Arista is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

  • Any recovered items will be returned on a best-effort basis.

10. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles are comprehensively insured as per Indian motor vehicle laws. Arista’s liability, if any, is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Photography & Branding

Vehicles, chauffeurs, and service elements are proprietary to Arista.
Unauthorised commercial photography or brand misuse is not permitted without written consent.

12. Privacy

Customer information is treated as confidential and used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication.
Arista does not sell or misuse customer data.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Bangalore, Karnataka.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Arista reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone without explanation if it believes the booking or conduct compromises safety, legality, or brand standards.

15. Amendments

Arista may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will apply to all bookings.

Arista believes that terms are not barriers, but clarity. They exist to protect the quality, discretion, and trust of every engagement.
